From Typhoon Haiyan in 2013 to the most recent floods in Luzon, PLS partners with trusted local NGOs to deliver food, clean water, medical aid and shelter where they are needed within hours, not days.
Every donation reaches the field. Our administrative costs in Luxembourg are covered separately by founding members, ensuring 100% of humanitarian gifts arrive intact.
